Rolling Stones reference of the day

One evening Mick Jagger is minding his own business in Soho's Marquee Club with his friends Keef Richards, Brian Jones and John Baldry when arch modernist Malcolm Conn approaches the singer and says to him like this:
"Oh, sorry to disturb you Mick but I'm really trying to get off with that bird sitting at the table over by the bar and she'd be so impressed if you can make out like you know me."
"I don't know man," replies Jagger wearily.
"Oh, come on Mick. Just say hello or something."
"Give the guy something for his cheek in coming here disturbing us," mutters Keef
"Well maybe," Jagger says.
A little later, Mick Jagger approaches the table where Malcolm Conn is making out with his date. "How you going man?" Jagger asks Conn.
"Leave it out Mick," Conn answers, "can't you see I'm busy."
