Letters of wine

notwithstanding your virginity
I kindly request the delivery
of your spirit

our shameless moments of love
were destroyed by decades
of scepticism

my love, our bodies interact
regardless of blame for
ourselves and for God

God doesn’t show us where the sun is
nor helps us through our journey

letters of wine were drawing our passages
of love and promiscuity

miniature souls appear through the windows
of our imagination

the Almighty creates a box
through which we could
apparently communicate

merciful shadows appear and repair
the damage done to our ancestors

our blood and our veins are deeply rooted
in our traditional values, in the grounds
of our cradle

the cradle of trust in ourselves
and in the Almighty
lies in the depths of the pain
we suffer when we refer to him

Hvala ti

Antinio.
Tvoje pesme idu do najdubljeg nivoa bica, i govore njegovim prefinjenim jezikom, jedinstveno i zanosno, kako to samo veliki pisci mogu.

Dear Antonio,

I really meant what I said. Thank you for sharing your poems with us. They are little wonders.
I will try to write something as well when I finish this job that I'm doing now. Actually, in the following days I will exceed my own limits.

Dear Zanaa

I can’t be grateful enough for your comments, really. I am in general very critical about everything I do, and as a consequence, also about my poems. I am also very much looking forward to reading your poems. Would it be possible for you to write them in English? By the way, you mentioned something about your work, may I ask you what you are working on? Best wishes,

Dear Antonio,

you may ask:
I'm thinking and writing actually :))

What do you write? Is there anything I could understand?

Dear Antonio,

yes, of course you can understand:
it's about Karl Popper's conception of critical realism.

Dear Zanaa

Sorry for insisting, I just wanted to make a sort of literary cafe out this blog, a place where to exchange poems, essays, etc. best wishes,
